Built for nightclubs, lounges and bars
Drinky puts your drink menu and checkout on each guest's phone, so the bar gets paid orders and your bartenders get to bartend.

12:50 AM
Her friends just found a spot by the speakers. The bar is three deep, and nobody behind it has looked up in a while.
12:53 AM
A few people near her make the same call and drift back to the floor. Nobody complains about a drink they never ordered, so you never hear about it.
Next Saturday
She taps the tag on her table, picks two palomas, pays on her phone and stays in the conversation. At the bar, a ticket for Table 4 joins the queue.
1:02 AM
Bartenders work through tickets instead of a crowd, and pickup is a quick stop instead of a wait.
Nothing new for guests to learn and nothing extra for your bartenders to do. Guests take care of ordering and paying on their phones; the bar takes care of the drinks.
A tap on the table tag or a scan of the QR opens your menu. Guests pick drinks for themselves or the whole table and check out on their phone.
Queue clear. Order something on the menu.
Each ticket shows the drinks, where they're headed and that they're paid. Bartenders pour, tap Ready, and the guest gets a heads-up.
The guest's phone shows a pickup code. One scan at the pickup point confirms it's their round.
For promoters and door staff
Follow one guest from a promoter's list to her first drink. Promoters, the door and the bar all work from the same invite.
Saturday · Main room
He picks the night, caps the list and decides what each invite includes: entry, a comp drink or both.
Invite guests
Nico adds her by her Drinky @handle. The invite is tied to her own account.
Door scanner
The door scans the QR on her phone and gets a plain answer: valid, already used or not on the list.
Bar 1 · queue
Checked in at 11:12 PM. The house cocktail sits in her order screen at $0, and the bar ticket shows COMP.
Everyone working the room sees what they need and nothing they don't. Same night, five views.

Paid orders in the order they came in, a ready button and a QR scan at pickup.

Door
Valid, already used or not on the list, right on screen. Counts update as people arrive.
Guests
All in the phone's browser, with a QR that says exactly where to collect.
What changes when ordering moves to the guest's phone, from behind the bar to the morning after.
With most orders paid on guests' phones, bartenders spend less of the night at the terminal and more of it pouring.
Orders land in the queue item by item with the payment already cleared. Nobody has to catch a drink name across the bar.
Each bar's queue is live on the dashboard, so a manager can send help to the bar that needs hands.
Payment happens on the guest's phone, so less cash crosses the bar and there's less to count at close.
Guests reorder in a few taps without giving up their spot or their group.
One guest can order for everyone, with mixers, doubles and extras right on the menu.
The menu opens in the phone's browser from a Drinky Tap tag or the table QR.
Every price and the total are on screen before anyone pays.
Door staff see valid, already used or not on the list, right on screen.
When an invite includes a comp drink, invited guests head to the bar, not just through the door. See guest lists
Check-ins add up as people arrive, so you know how full the room is.
Each promoter builds and fills a list from their phone, inside the limits you set.

Spot the drinks that carry each bar and stock up before the rush starts.
Who brought guests in, how many showed up and what those guests spent.
Every night ends with a summary you can compare week over week.
Set the sliders to a normal weekend. The math is plain multiplication: guests, times the share who add one drink, times your average price, times nights open.
Your inputs, simple math. Real results depend on your venue.
Drinky Tap
Each Drinky Tap tag pairs an NFC chip with a printed QR code. One tap or scan opens your menu, and every order sent from it is stamped with that table.
Sales, orders and comps update as they happen. Promoters are ranked by what their guests actually spend, and each bar shows how long its line is right now.

Straight answers for owners and GMs. For anything specific to your venue, the demo is the fastest route.
Every venue gets its own quote. Bars, tables and nights open all change the setup, so we price it once we've seen how you run.
Yes. Plenty of venues try Drinky in one room or on one night of the week first, then widen it once the team is comfortable.
No download. The table tag or the printed code opens the Drinky menu in the browser the guest already has.
Yes. Payment clears on the guest's phone first, and only paid orders reach the bar queue. There's nothing to chase at last call.
A short walkthrough covers it. Bartenders use three things: the order queue, a ready button and the pickup scan. We run it with your team before your first night on Drinky.
Pickup needs a phone or handheld scanner to read guest codes. The queue runs on a tablet or screen behind the bar. We map devices to your bars with you before launch.
Yes. At the door, staff scan each guest's personal QR invite and see right away whether it's valid. Those invites come from lists your promoters build in Drinky and send to guests by @handle. If an invite includes a comp drink, it shows up in the guest's order screen once they're checked in.
Drinky starts once guests are inside. Keep selling tickets wherever you sell them today. Promoter guest lists are the one part of the door Drinky handles.
Your venue does. Drinky uses it to run your service and your reports, and never sells it.
Tell us how your nights run and we'll show Drinky set up like your venue, then send a quote.
